Second online edition of the Warsaw Science Diplomacy School 2021 – join us!

The Warsaw Science Diplomacy School 2021 is a one-week intensive program co-organized by the Inventing a shared Science Diplomacy for Europe (InsSciDE) and the European Academy of Diplomacy. The program aims at exploring the complex interface between science and diplomacy while combining historical case studies with insights into strategy building and power politics.

Besides case studies, the WSDS training curriculum includes future scenario exercises, interdisciplinary debate and group work, strategy for and behind science diplomacy, hard skills training in risk, safety and security (RSS), networking, and virtual socializing.

The program brings together highly experienced professionals in the fields of Health, Heritage, Security and Space, and participants from all over the world; while the online edition provides its trainees with an opportunity to be fully involved in presentations, panels, discussions, and hands-on exercises held within the program, allowing participants to develop skills and navigate practices central to effective science diplomacy in the context of today’s challenges and geopolitics.
