At the Second Open Conference, InsSciDE will shine a spotlight on the role of the humanities, and in particular history, in the project, looking also at ethical issues as they pertain to science diplomacy. We anticipate that sessions will bring together, on the one hand, historians, sociologists, philosophers, and on the other, diplomats, science policy makers and EU representatives to discuss topics issues in science diplomacy.
